Green Loanings is a beautiful, detached country house in an area of outstanding natural beauty with amazing views and gardens on the border of Kent and Sussex. Set privately in 5 acres, the house is close to Tunbridge Wells and the Ashdown Forest. It is under 1 hour on the train from the nearby station Eridge to London. Brighton is about 40 mins away by car or bus. The house is ideal for families (with kids) and groups. The heated indoor pool and spa ensure a perfect break at any time of the year and are a huge hit with all the family.

Direct Bookings

If you book directly with us then the price will be lower than on Airbnb and you only need to pay 25% now to confirm the booking with the rest due at check-in.

Nightly prices for direct bookings:

Sunday - Thursday: £900

Friday & Saturday: £1,300

School Holidays: £1,300

Easter, Christmas, New Year: £1,600

Discounts for longer stays:

3 nights 5%

4 nights 7.5%

5,6 Nights 10%

7+ Nights 15%

Cleaning is charged at £475 on each booking.

Prices are for 14 people. Additional people are charged at £30 per night for their linens and towels.

All prices include an additional 20% for VAT.

Coronavirus

The house is professionally cleaned ensuring all frequently touched surfaces are disinfected.

We have reduced the number of objects and additional utensils in the house to allow for effective cleaning between each booking.

Check in and out is fully automated so there is no need to come into contact with anyone.
